Yugra Regional Microfinance Organization Fund was established in 2010 for the purpose of provision of microfinance support within the framework of the Small and Medium Business Development Program in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra.
The founders of the Fund were the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, represented by the Yugra State Asset Management Department and the Yugra Entrepreneurship Support Fund.
