Types of Subsidies

- Subsidy to the increasing the efficiency of use and developing the resource potential of the fisheries complex
- • Subsidy to support small forms of management, to develop the material and technical base (with the exception of personal subsidiary plots);
- • Subsidy for the development of the system of harvesting and processing of wild plants.

<*>The subsidies rates for milk, milk and dairy products (processed), meat of large and small cattle, horses, cattle meat of heavyweight growing stock (no less than 450 kg) of industrial crossing and dairy breeds, pig meat, poultry meat, chicken eggs for agricultural producers, registered and operating in the regions of the Far North of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, having the breeding stock of agricultural animals of all kinds in the amount of 100 or more conventional heads, shall be applied with an increase of 1.15. The subsidies rates for reindeer breeding for organizations with the number of livestock of at least 5000 heads shall be applied with an increase of 1.71 (excluding state-owned enterprises) and extend to legal relationships that arose from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016.
<**> Subsidies for acquisition of cattle embryos (with the exception of cattle of specialized meat breeds), including imports, shall be paid in an amount not exceeding 2 pieces per breeding stock head per year.
<***> Subsidies for acquisition of cattle embryos of cattle of specialized meat breeds, including imports, shall be paid in an amount not exceeding 2 pieces per breeding stock head per year.
<****> The subsidies rates shall extend to legal relationships that arose from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.
<*****> Subsidies for state support for artificially grown fish shall be paid when the following requirements are met to the average minimum weight of one fish specimen, one fish specimen / kg: sturgeon, excluding sterlet, - 2.00; sterlet - 0,8; sig, except for the tugun, - 1,00; tugun - 0,08.
Grounds for refusal to grant subsidies
- Violation of the deadline for submission of documents;
- Failure to provide documents by the recipient;
- Identifying in the submitted documents information that does not correspond to the validity of the documents;
- Committing a bankruptcy proceeding against the recipient, applying a monitoring procedure or external management, recognizing in due course bankruptcy, applying the liquidation procedure;
- Availability of tax arrears and on contributions to budgets of any level and state extra-budgetary funds;
- Submission of documents in violation of the requirements for their registration;
- Other grounds established by the Resolution of the Government of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra No. 420-п dd. October 9, .2013.
