Major activity lines are
- The "Guarantee" Program – provision of guarantees for liabilities (credits, loans, leasing operations, etc.) of small and medium-sized businesses to banks and leasing companies by the Fund.
- Compensation of interest rates – provision of support in the form of compensation for a part of the cost of paying interest for the use of loans, leasing payments.
- Educational activities: granting of certificates for the purpose of independent choice of educational institution and direction of training, compensation of a part of training expenses.
- Grant support for emergent entrepreneurs.
- Microfinancing – provision of targeted loans to small and medium-sized businesses on a reimbursable and repayable basis, on preferential terms.
