In accordance with the Regulation on the Management and Disposition of Property in Municipal Ownership, approved by the decision of the Duma of the Surgut City No. 604-IVДГ dd. October 7, 2009, there are the following types of management and disposal of municipal property (forms of property support):
- Transfer of municipal property for rent, sublease and free use;
- Assignment of property to the right of economic management, operational management;
- Transfer of municipal property as collateral;
- Alienation of municipal property under a donation contract;
- Re-profiling of municipal property;
- Transfer of municipal property under a concession agreement;
- Privatization of municipal property;
- Write-off of municipal property;
- Transfer of municipal property to federal property and property of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
The order of rendering of the forms of support listed above shall be given in the Legal and regulatory Framework section.

Earlier versions of Amendments to the Regulation of the City Administration No. 1594 "On approval of the list of municipal property intended for transfer to possession and (or) use of small and medium-sized business entities" dd. May 5, 2009 shall be available on Surgut City Administration website.
