High Technology Park Autonomous Institution carries out its activities in the following areas:

• Organization and development of small and medium-sized businesses, carrying out innovative activities in the oil and gas, construction, energy, agro-industrial, information, nanotechnology and other fields of technology, including living systems technologies.
• Organization and conduct of expert evaluation, industrial and production, laboratory and field testing of innovative technologies, newest models of equipment and introduction thereof.
• Organization and conduct of advanced training and retraining, including internships of specialists in the field of innovation.
• Services to the state authorities of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra in substantiating and preparing solutions that facilitate the transition of the economy of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra to an innovative development path.
• Formation of conditions for interaction of organization, carrying out innovative activities, with government authorities of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug Yugra, local government bodies of municipal entities of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug –Yugra, and scientific and educational organizations.
• Organization and holding of conferences, seminars, exhibitions, fairs, presentations and other informational and educational activities in the field of innovations.
